Clinical Research Units and Clinical Trials Platform

The ISCIII Clinical Research Support Platform, SCReN (Spanish Clinical Research Network) is a network structure to support independent/academic support structure for independent/academic clinical research. It is currently composed of research units (UICs) distributed in 14 Autonomous Communities in charge of providing support to hospitals throughout the Spanish NHS and coordinated from the Hospital Universitario la Paz.. The platform provides scientific-technical support and has extensive experience in the management of national and international projects.

SCReN Platform

It is a collaborative, non-profit network structure with a national scope, funded by the funded by the Instituto de Salud Carlos III (ISCIII) and co-funded by the European Development (ISCIII) and co-financed by the European Structural Development Funds (ERDF). Structural Funds (ERDF). It is currently made up of clinical research units distributed throughout the national territory, whose objective is to promote and cover the needs of independent clinical research.
